2025 marks a key milestone: for the first time, all entities within the bconnex group have carried out a comprehensive carbon assessment, providing us with a holistic view of our impact and a solid foundation for reducing our emissions.

Comprehensive GHG measurement: all entities (Connexing, cetooce, betoobe) have assessed their emissions across all three scopes, both upstream and downstream, using the Bilan Carbone® methodology via the Toovalu platform.

Already measurable reduction: Connexing has updated its 2024 emissions forecast compared with 2021, showing an 11.5 per cent reduction in total emissions and a 23.7 per cent reduction per million in turnover, demonstrating the effectiveness of our actions.

Participative management: regular working groups and weekly meetings enable everyone to contribute to the company’s development and decision-making. Satisfaction surveys ensure that staff wellbeing is constantly monitored.

Work-life balance: working from home two days a week, flexible working hours and modern, well-equipped offices help everyone to thrive. Individual coaching sessions support personal and professional development.

Team spirit and cohesion: an annual seminar, themed evenings and team-building activities punctuate the year, celebrate achievements and strengthen team cohesion.

Our goal is clear : to reduce unnecessary renewal. We act across the entire value chain to extend the life of equipment, promote refurbishment and prevent their impact from becoming heavier as they are used.

Since 2026, the bconnex group and all its entities in France, Italy and Belgium have been certified ISO 27001, the international reference standard for information security management.

This certification recognizes the the robustness of our information security management system (ISMS) and confirms our commitment to protecting the data entrusted to us.
