How does it work?

Assessment of your equipment: our experts will work with you to identify the devices eligible for trade-in (smartphones, laptops and desktop computers, tablets, headsets, video-conferencing equipment, etc.)

Valuation and trade-in offer: we assess the trade-in value of each type of equipment, depending on its condition. You receive a transparent trade-in offer. And if certain items are no longer of value, they are channelled into our responsible recycling schemes.

Collection and secure data erasure: once the quote has been approved, we arrange for all your equipment to be collected from your premises. Each item of equipment then undergoes a certified data erasure process (Blancco).

Reuse: once your equipment has been cleaned and secured, it’s time to give it a new lease of life. There are three possible options: reuse, charitable reuse or recycling, and our economic solidarity enterprise, cetooce, takes care of everything.

What happens next? You’ll receive a credit note or bank transfer for the trade-in value. You’re free to reinvest in new or refurbished equipment, or simply to ease the strain on your IT budget.
